-Suggestions for small furniture purchases for big impact such as lamps and rugs. Paint suggestions if needed.

-We'll provide you with a Meeting Recap including all suggestions

-Fee does not include the purchase of furnishings

The Curated Collection: 3-4 wks

-We provide floor planning and measurements

-We curate your style and provide mood boards

-Identify new furniture and style refreshes that are cohesive and functional based on our discussions

-We provide you with a Meeting Recap containing links to for you to purchase your furnishings in the timeframe that works for you.

-We coordinate professional measurements, place orders, warehousing, quality control, shipment, and installation. All ordering and logistics are taken care by us.

-Blend existing furniture with staging furnishings

-Large furniture additional cost.

The Open House:

$4,200+

-Starting at $4,200 for whole home up to 4,000 sqft

-6 Hours of Home Organization and Rearranging existing furniture for optimal flow

-Blend existing furniture with staging furnishings

-Large furniture and accessories as needed.

-Homes over 4,000 sqft to be quoted.

The Luxe Listing:

$5,000+

-Optimal for New Construction and Vacant homes

-Same as Open House package + following:

-Pricing based on 3 month rental

-Curated selection of large scale furniture and accessories for Entry, Living Room, Family Room, Kitchen, Breakfast area, and Primary Bedroom. Basement and additional rooms extra

-Homes over 4,000 sqft to be quoted.

Pricing for all staging is estimated based on 3 month rental. Staging quotes for homes with smokers and pets are at the discretion of reStyle consultants.
